Who we are
ENGCORP International is an independent data centre construction consultancy and engineering design firm headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting investors, developers and operators across Vietnam and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
We combine international mission-critical experience with practical knowledge of Vietnam’s regulatory, utility, construction and commercial environment. Our role is to translate investor and operator requirements into facilities that are technically robust, locally approvable, buildable, maintainable and ready to commission and operate.
Our services extend across the full project lifecycle—from market entry, site due diligence, utility and connectivity strategy, master planning and design assurance through project and construction management, commissioning and operational readiness. By identifying technical, authority, programme and interface risks early, we help clients make informed decisions before those risks become expensive changes during delivery.
Every engagement is director-led. Clients work directly with the senior team accountable for the advice, key decisions and delivery outcomes—not a junior handover team introduced after appointment. This provides continuity from the earliest feasibility discussions through design, construction and final handover.
Vendor-neutral recommendations aligned to the investor’s technical, commercial and risk objectives.
Direct leadership by experienced data centre, engineering, project and commercial directors.
Practical experience with EVN, PCCC, local design approvals, contractors and provincial stakeholders.
Clear briefs, risk registers, programmes and technical reports structured for decisions and due diligence.
What we do
Engage one service module or combine them into an integrated programme from first investment question through operational handover.
01
Location screening, investment model review, utility benchmarking, partner mapping and early risk definition.
02
Technical evaluation before land commitment or major capital deployment.
03
Capacity, resilience and phasing translated into a coordinated mission-critical design basis.
04
Realistic routes to energisation, cooling water security and carrier-neutral connectivity.
05
Independent control of programme, quality, change, safety, interfaces and contractor performance.
06
Evidence-based completion—from FAT and SAT through integrated systems testing and operator handover.
Technical depth
Our design and assurance work coordinates the systems that determine capacity, availability, maintainability and whole-life performance.
